These are terms and conditions for Secure My Drain Ltd. In these general conditions of sale, unless the context otherwise requires: "Company" means Secure My Drain Ltd

"Contract" means a contract under the terms of which a Company is liable to supply goods and or services.

"Customer" means the party having the right to enforce the supply by the Company of goods/services of any description under the terms of a contract. Words importing on gender shall be treated as importing any gender and the singular number shall include plural where appropriate to the context.

1. It is our intention that all the terms of the agreement between the Company and the Customer are contained in this document. If you do not accept any of the provisions included in these terms and conditions, please let us know.

2. Secure My Drain Ltd uses its own employees and suitably qualified independent contractors under authority from Secure My Drain Ltd. Independent contractors have no authority to incur liability on behalf of or to act as agents for Secure My Drain Ltd.

3. Prices, quotations and estimates

A. for a high pressure jet clean and

CCTV survey our fixed price is £179.99 inc of taxes and admin charge. This payment can be made prior to work start date or on the start date of work agreed

Installing drain lining is £60 a meter (if applicable)
New drain installation is quoted individually on the work load involved and can’t be quoted over the phone we need to carry out a drain survey to access the best plan of action
We can take method of payment in, debit card, cash, cheque, bank transfer.
We will offer a full refund on cancelation of work prior to any work commencing, the refund will be made within 5 working days and would be made by cheque
We abide by the the governing law/legal jurisdiction of the contract as England & wales
In the case of any dispute that cannot be settled with the customer and company the 3 party assistance to do this would be the Courts of England & Wales to attempt to find a resolution
I) Quotations/estimates in writing alone shall bind the Company. They remain valid for three calendar months from their date of issue, unless renewed in writing by the Company.
II) Whilst endeavouring to complete the work and provide the goods and materials for the quoted amount, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Company may incur additional costs above the quoted amount. In this event, the Company will let the customer know immediately and explain the reasons for the additional costs and ask the Customer to accept and amend the quote to cover the additional costs.
Ill} Quoted prices relate to the number of goods quoted for where applicable. If a different quantity of goods are ordered then the quoted cost may not be applicable. In this event, the Company will let the Customer know immediately and explain the reason for the additional costs and ask the Customer to accept an amended quote to cover the additional costs. V) The Company's list prices are subject to alteration without notice.
VI) Designs, drawings, illustrations and samples supplied to the Customer remain the property of the Company and cannot be copied I reproduced and must be returned to the Company

Within a reasonable time.
4. Quotations given by the Company are valid for twenty-eight days from the date they are given. The Company may vary or withdraw any quotation at any time before it is accepted by the Customer.
VII} The price unless otherwise stated does not include VAT.

4. Contracts
I) A contract shall not come into existence until the Company issues written acceptance of the Customer’s order, or commences to deliver the goods, whichever shall come the sooner. II) The terms and conditions of a Contract shall be limited to what is expressed in writing. Oral expression of advice, opinion or otherwise are not valid.
Ill) The Customer acknowledges that they have not been induced to enter into the Contract by any representation made by or on behalf of the Company, except that which is contained or endorsed by the terms of the Contract.

6. Hours of Work I Commencement and Completion
I) Dates and times for the commencement and completion of work are estimates only and shall not be the essence of the Contract.

8. Hazards
I} The Customer must inform the Company of anything which may present a hazard or danger to anyone carrying out work.
II} Clear access to any relevant drains and covers and a supply of mains electricity and water should be provided by the Customer. If the Company incurs additional work or expense and it is

Failure to provide clear access to mains electricity and water, the Customer may be charged for that additional work and/or expense. This includes all resulting charges from water authorities if metered hydrant or supply controlled water is used.
