1) You have the right to cancel this contract if you wish within fourteen calendar days starting on the day this notice of right to cancel is issued. Cancellation should be communicated in writing by special delivery, post or email to the address shown above. You are advised to take a copy of the cancellation notice before returning it to the company. The following cancellation notice (part 2) may be used to exercise the right as stated above. if using post, it is advised to obtain a certificate of posting or recorded delivery slip. Deposit refunds may take up to 14 days. There is a fixed fee of £179.99 for the call out service and CCTV drain survey we will require this payment to be made prior to the survey. Full refund is applicable for all cancellations made 24 hours in advance to the survey date and time has been arranged.

We do not store card details or share with any third party.

2) CANCELLATION NOTICE

If you wish to cancel you must do so in writing and deliver it to the company named above either in person, by post or email.
